What's next?

One of the big questions to be addressed after you have completed a marathon training course is: What's next? I can't answer for the rest of the group, but I can answer for myself. I'm planning on getting in shape to run whatever 5K/10K races that I come across until it is time to train in earnest for the St. Louis Marathon and the River to River Relay which will be held next April.

In the mean time, there is a 10K the first weekend in November, a Half marathon the week after in Forest Park, a 10-mile run in Alton over Thanksgiving weekend, a Marathon relay the first week in December, and a series of races on Saturday mornings in Forest Park. In other words, there are still races to run. And miles to go before you sleep. And miles to go before you sleep.

Congratulations to Papaswoof and Phil

Congratulations to Papaswoof and Phil for
1) Completing the marathon,
2) Meeting and exceeding their time goals, and
3) Keeping positive when it looked like they were going to have to run in snow.

You guys, Rock!
