Goals for the summer

I've decided to list my goals for the summer running season.

1) Complete a half-marathon.
2) Run 4-5 times per week.
3) Run a 10K in 42:00.
4) Run a 5K in 20:00.
5) Compete in the St. Louis Track Club Track series on Tuesday nights.
6) Run a half-marathon in 1:40:00.

My time goals should all be reachable as I averaged 7:30 for one of my legs over the weekend and I've already run a sub 24:00 5K on my own. With some dedicated training over the summer, I should be able to pull it off.
